THE FIND: BOTTEGA VENETA VEGAN HANDBAG
What did you think of the Puerto Rico vacation videos? I would love to hear!
Back to business, it’s time to find the IT-bag for fall. As my signature bag, I have been carrying a stunning black Stella McCartney tote for the last several seasons during which I have also acquired a collection of Matt & Nat purses and clutches. Thinking of a smaller signature bag for this season, I’m head over heels with this first-ever vegan and eco-friendly Bottega Veneta. The bag will be available in November (a few hit the stores during Fashion’s Night Out), so there’s a bit of time to save up!
STYLE: SUITS, BALLERINA BUNS AND MINIS FOR FALL
My husband hauled The September Vogue from the downstairs mailbox to our apartment yesterday (“this is ridiculous”), and truly it will take some time to comb through. The Stella McCartney ad however leaped off the pages and is exactly how I would like to live and dress this fall. Playful and sporty, wearing cool suits and mix-pattern minis, hair tied in perfectly messy updos. I also loved the dark purple mascara with minimal makeup. As soon as I find the perfect product for the look, I’ll take photos on me so you can see how it works in real life. What do you think, would you be into azure lashes this fall?

STYLE: Striped and Polkadots
When packing for my Finland trip, I played around with separates to find the ideal looks for cool summer weather. This outfit-navy striped sweater and mustard shorts with polkadot detail and jeweled flats-got on my packing list. Any chic outfit that goes from day to night with a switch of heels is a must. Because mixing patterns and prints is IN, now is the best time to repurpose what you already have in your wardrobe by matching pieces with striped and polkadots, fun colors and jewels. It will also give you a mood lift when the weather is not as sunny as you wished!
Did you know you can leave a photo response? We would love to see your looks for cool summer weather!

THE FIND: Colorful Marble Pieces
I picked up the Brittish Vogue on my way to a weekend in the country, and instantly fell for the marble patterns on the Stella McCartney AW12 evening collection featured in the “scrapbook”. Such an exciting new pattern on a dress, skirt, top or shoe. I can’t wait to sample this trend in organic fabrics come fall.

THE FIND: Jill Milan Art Deco Clutch
This golden stainless steel clutch handmade by Italian artisans is magical in its minimalism. I find this brand the first rival for Stella McCartney and am beyond excited to have more stunning and luxurious animal-friendly options to consider for my next arm candy. Stella & Jill: you are both my go-to gals from now on!

Style: Skinny Jeans & Tunic
Ideal outfit for a casual friday, weekend or even everyday! I love a soft tunic over skinny jeans and a beanie is not only chic, but a great way to avoid styling your hair. Platform pumps and a wide belt add structure and style to the look. These pieces from my closet are by Ivana Basilotta (the tunic), Prairie Underground (jeans), Stella McCartney (belt), Olsen Haus (shoes). The beanie is an old one from the back of Viola’s closet! On the third photo, you see me style this outfit with my fall/winter hat.

Stella McCartney Fall 2012 Runway
I would sum up my favorite designer’s latest collection in one movie quote: “I have a head for business and a body for sin.” - Working Girl. The closing look is a must-have.
