THE FIND: Diamonds Are a Dog’s Best Friend
In our family, all of our furry friends are rescues. Viola’s dog Rancho and our mother’s dog Valto are street dogs from Spain (via an organization that finds homes for them), Viola’s cat was a Thailand street cat and my cat Frida was up for adoption at a Petco in New York. We love them!
Pets on the streets in Thailand and Spain have it bad, but in the US, many pets at shelters have only 72 hours to be adopted before they are destroyed. Now, diamonds are coming to the rescue!

I love denim cut-offs in the city - but only when paired with a light top and blazer for a look that’s chic and put together. I cut these shorts from full-length jeans I was no longer using (make sure to cut them long enough so you can fold the hem; it’s a tad more sophisticated that way!). The top and blazer are H&M’s Conscious Collection. This is also the perfect look for a date night with your significant other: if your hubby loves you in a jeans and a tee, and you add nude pumps and a tailored top to cut-offs, that’s the sexiest compromise he could ever wish for!

THE FIND: Beach Cover-Ups
Even J.Crew is going ethical: I adore this LemLem Mara tunic ($200, above), which would look chic with denim shorts or white skinny jeans on the town too. The emerald Amour Vert peace-silk kaftan ($169) is also chic and sexy. For a nautical twist, check out the wifey ($68) by Anglerox in black and white stripes; I’ll be getting one for my Finland vacation that starts next week.

STYLE: One Dress Many Ways
I turned this red Camilla Mikama snap-button dress into a sexy mini and accessorized it with chic and simple golden hoops. Just like the blue piece on Annabella yesterday, this eco dress can become as long as a midi and be buttoned up in multiple ways.
I kept the makeup fresh and just added a golden eyeshadow, black mascara, pink blush and lipgloss: it’s my current favorite warm-weather look.

We are both loving versatile dresses for summer. This way you can have a paired-down wardrobe that’s perfect for travel and still look ravishing. This Camilla Mikama piece can go from a sophisticated midi to a sexy drapey mini in a minute. The multiple snap buttons clip on the inside for subtle, unexpected transformations: think office to date night! To keep the dress simply stunning, I only accessorized it silver pendant earrings and a just-cut messy long bob.

The sun came out in Helsinki! As city girls, ballerinas are a must for both us. We often swap to heels for a meeting, but these Beyond Skin nude flats decorated with a bow are so chic, we no longer have to! I’m in love.
