BEAUTY: NATURAL COSMETICS FINDS My latest beauty discoveries came to me by surprise. In addition to running the MISSQA blog and store, I consult on and create fashion and beauty video and social media strategies for a major publishing house in New York. One of the magazines was cleaning its beauty closet and…. I ended up with some products I’m very excited to sample!  * The luxurious John Masters Organics Sweet Orange & Silk Protein Styling Gel provides shine, texture and volume and has rave reviews even by those with fine strands. * The Mandarin Maximum Moisture cream promises to provide immediate revitalization, is anti-aging and reduces sunspots which means this might be a cure for stress and sun! (Both are PETA cruelty-free certified and made mostly of organic ingredients). * Holistic Dr. Hauschka bronzing powder is ultra-fine and has hydrating jojoba oil so it’s looks flawless even on dry skin; ideal for dehydrated summer skin. * Dr Hauschka eyeshadow duo has the perfect brown/gray colors – I used them for my DMV photo today; let’s see how it turns out!  (Palette that includes these colors here) -Annabella, New York

My latest beauty discoveries came to me by surprise. In addition to running the MISSQA blog and store, I consult on and create fashion and beauty video and social media strategies for a major publishing house in New York. THE FIND: Sephora Natural Makeup and Skincare Preparing for my Finland trip, I decided to find the ultimate new products for the perfect summer radiance look. As I ended up working late, I missed ABC Carpet & Home which has a fantastic natural beauty section with exclusive brands like rms and a West Village apothecary C.O. Bigelow with Jane Iredale. I was left with Sephora (open till 9pm!). As luck would have it, I was assisted by an adorable makeup artist-in-training who talked me out of products I already knew and introduced me to the latest and greatest of natural cosmetics. See my finds in the picture above. I was so happy with the Hourglass concealer today, that I went back to buy the tinted moisturizer. This is everything you need for the full summer radiance look. STYLE: Eco Swimwear

These bikinis and bathing suits are so sexy and stylish you wouldn’t even want to swim or suntan au natural (the other way to go all eco on the beach:-) The one-piece suits are also perfect for poolside, where I plan to spend the 4th of July (The US Independence Day; where will you be?).
